The Caledon Inn specializes in custom, one of a kind weddings, we can accommodate wedding parties as small as 20, or as large as 400 on the Caledon Inn Property.
We understand how important this special day is for you and your loved ones, and this is why we guarantee the best service in the industry. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff makes your cherished event priority number one, making sure the needs of you and your guests are not only met, but exceeded.
Outdoor Rental (holds up to 300 people) – Greenhouse Tent
Monday-Friday – $1000.00 Saturday-Sunday – $1500.00
Dining Room (holds up to 35 people)
Monday – Sunday $400.00
Pub (holds up to 30 people)

Rental prices are inclusive of: All set-up and tear-down, free parking, rentals of tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, flatware and tea lights at each table.

The Ultimate All Inclusive Package
Bread Baskets at each table, Sample dinner tasting for the bride and groom, 4 hour open bar, 1 glass of wine with dinner, center pieces at each table and head table décor.

Night Table: Platters filled with Fresh Vegetables and dip, fresh fruit, assorted squares and coffee and tea
Available center pieces: White Hydrangea’s, Roses (red, pink, white, yellow, purple and green) Gerber Daisy’s (white, light pink, hot pink, red, orange, and yellow) All displayed in Mason Jars and have green foliage. Tables must be seating’s of 8 or more.
Head Table décor: White swaging, white organza and white twinkle lights (to a maximum of 10 people)

Please note: Rental and ceremony fees are additional. Minimum of 100 people and a maximum of 175 people for this package deal. Mason Jars for centerpieces are for rent only and must be returned at the end of the evening.
